Cancellation Policy

 

If we have to cancel your booking prior to your arrival, we will refund in full any payment made. 

If you have to cancel your booking, please do as early as possible. Your booking is only cancelled once you have received a confirmation of cancellation email from us. 

By completing your booking and paying your deposit, you signify your agreement with the refund policy below.

Bookings cancelled more than 4 weeks before arrival:

Refund of deposit by transfer (less a £2.00 admin fee) or roll your deposit to another date. 

Bookings cancelled less than 28 days to 14 days:

No refund of deposit but roll forward deposit for another booking.

Bookings cancelled less than 14 days: 

No refund.
